Useful for promoting all-round wellbeing, its active ingredients help counter the main phenomena usually associated with ageing, reintegrating nutritional components and the substances the body needs, and rebalancing normal biological processes.
HYDROLYSED COLLAGEN: Collagen is a protein which makes up the skin’s structure, providing tone and elasticity and countering the appearance of wrinkles. At the same time collagen is the main fibrous component of bone, tendons, teeth and cartilage, constituting more than 30% of protein in the human body (a percentage that rises to 70% for skin). The need to take oral supplements of collagen arises from its diminished synthesis during ageing and also from the particular amino acid composition of this protein. Collagen supplements constantly provide the body with all the amino acids needed for its synthesis.
RESVERATROL: Resveratrol is the most famous and researched of the polyphenols extracted from grape skins, due to its well-known antioxidant and anti-ageing properties. It acts as a precious ally to the skin, combating loss of elasticity and the appearance of wrinkles and dark spots.
ALPHA LIPOIC ACID: It can be considered a fully-fledged member of the antioxidant family both for its effectiveness in countering oxidative stress and its ability to regenerate other antioxidants like vitamin E, vitamin C and glutathione. Strengthening the skin’s antioxidant defences is essential for countering premature skin ageing phenomena. In fact, there is a close relationship between skin ageing and oxidative damage caused by free radicals, as polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are the principle constituent of the horny layer of the skin, are the main target of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and free radicals.
HYALURONIC ACID: It is well-known for its ability to bind to a high number of water molecules, ensuring skin remains moisturised. From close examination of scientific literature it can be concluded that oral consumption contributes to increasing the amount of hyaluronic acid in the body. This leads to higher levels of moisturisation, resulting in smoother, more moisturised skin. By firming tissue, hyaluronic acid thus results in a temporary filling in and smoothing over of fine lines, an effect that can be added to that ensuing from the topical application of hyaluronic acid.
VITAMIN E: It is the most important lipophilic antioxidant found in the human body, due to its cell membrane stabilising action. As far as anti-wrinkle and anti-ageing effects are concerned, the antioxidant properties of vitamin E on the skin are essential for countering premature skin ageing induced by oxidative stress.
BROCCOX ®: An important property of the Brassica family is the capacity to “switch on” genes that produce cellular enzymes required for optimum cell function. The most significant of these are the genes for the three most important phase-2 detoxification enzymes: quinone reductase (QR), glutathione S-transferase (GST) and uridine diphospho–glucuronosyltransferase (UGT). These enzymes convert toxins into water-soluble substances that are readily excreted. Induction of phase-2 proteins also encourages the removal of oxidants or impedes their formation. The sulphoraphane contained stimulates the immune system and inhibits proinflammatory cytokines.

Even in concentrations that occur in food, sulphoraphane is a powerful modulator of these xenobiotic-metabolising enzyme systems. Induction of phase-2 proteins also encourages the removal of oxidants or impedes their formation. Incidentally, broccoli is itself rich in antioxidants, such as carotenoids, flavonoids, vitamin C and isothiocyanates. Due to the presence of cysteine and methionine, it also encourages the production of glutathione, an important endogenous antioxidant.
Take one tablet in the morning after breakfast with plenty of water. For better absorption and to increase the product’s effectiveness, we recommend taking the tablets with hydrogen-rich water obtained using the FRAME® D5 device.
